Islamabad (P.R). Mr. Abdul Majeed Khan Niazi, assumed additional charge of the post of Chairman Pakistan Academy of Letters. Currently, he is serving as Joint Secretary, National History & Literary Heritage Division. Being senior officer of the Federal Government he has been in many ministries and divisions on the important positions and is having vast experience of administrative and financial matters. Before this, he has performed his duties as public relation officers of former Prime Minister Mr Zafarullah Khan Jamali and Mr Shaukat Aziz in an admirable way. As well as, he remained on the important positions of Press counsellor and Press Attaché in brother country Turkey.Besides with his official responsibilities in ministry being its senior officer, he will also perform his additional duties as Chairman, PAL.
